Graduate Doctoral Student
Masrur joined the lab in the Fall of 2020. His research focus centers on the creation of computational frameworks aimed at discerning sample-specific biomarkers and pathways utilizing multi-omics data sourced from diverse diseases, including but not limited to cancer and diabetic foot ulcers. Masrur utilizes a variety of interpretable and explainable machine learning methodologies to efficiently achieve the goals of his research pursuits.
